the Superior King Room was very spacious. i appreciated the cleanliness, it was very GOOD. the proximity to the metro station was a huge plus, made getting around very easy.

the room i was assigned was disappointing. the furniture looked tired, and there were noticeable stains on the chair. the bathroom lacked a curtain for the large glass window!

Preeti at reception made my day! she accommodated my early check-in. preeti even upgraded my bed to a king size. that level of hospitality felt rare. I appreciate it. the hotel is on sheikh zayed road.

i experienced slow service! i had to call three times to get the room cleaned. when housekeeping came, there was no electricity in the room. the ac kept switching between hot and cold.

The check-in was smooth, and Kaung at the front desk was professional and kind. Zubair helped me with my luggage and answered my questions about transportation. May was also attentive and sweet when I asked about late checkout options. The hotel's location is fantastic (easy access to the metro station).
